We email a tracking link the moment your order leaves us. If you can't find that email, here are two other ways to check.

Sign in with the email you ordered with. We'll send a one-time code — no password to remember — and you'll see every order and its tracking link.

Use the same email address you used at checkout.

Pick your courier and enter the number from your dispatch email.

Order placed

You get a confirmation email straight away. If your gift holds a photo, this email also carries your secure upload link.
We make it — 2 to 3 working days

Your piece is crafted with the name, style and colour you chose. Photo orders start once your photo reaches us.
Dispatched

We gift-wrap it, hand it to the courier and email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating.
Delivered — 2 to 7 working days later

2 to 4 working days to metro cities, 4 to 7 elsewhere in India. Festival weeks run slower.

If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, tell us your order number and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
