Shipping policy

Production time
Every item is made only after you order it. Production takes 2–3 working days before dispatch. Personalised photo products dispatch only after we receive your photograph.
Delivery time
After dispatch, typical delivery times within India are:

Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 4–10 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during festival periods and because of weather, strikes or courier backlogs.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown to you before payment.
Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping.
Tracking
Once your order dispatches we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Delivery attempts and addresses
- Please enter a complete address with a correct PIN code and a reachable phone number. Most delivery failures are caused by incomplete addresses.
- Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to us.
- We cannot redirect a parcel to a different address once it has dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it in full — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
